Dressed Chickens

We are licensed poultry meat handlers and have added "meat birds" to our farm. We now offer processed whole chickens to the public that we have harvested ourselves! Yes, that entire process is done right here on our farm! 

We decided to give Cornish Cross chickens a try and are so far pleased with them. We can also harvest them early (around 4 weeks) to provide you with Cornish Game Hens. 

We place them in an ice bath immediately after processing, where they stay overnight. They are packaged the following morning and are then ready for pick up.

They are fed non-GMO broiler feed and have access to grazing areas where they can consume their natural diet.

We want you to have the freshest possible product! We do not want to sell you a frozen chicken, which is why our clients pick up their chickens the day after harvesting.
We suggest letting them rest in your refrigerator for an additional 3 days prior to cooking or freezing for optimal tenderness and flavor.
